Returns
If you purchased directly from cleverbaboon.com and your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or just didn’t work out, you may request a return or refund within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging
You’ll need the order number or proof of purchase
To start a return, email us at support@cleverbaboon.com with your order details. We’ll guide you from there.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (if required), we’ll notify you of the approval. If approved:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method
It may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank
If we determine that a return isn’t needed (e.g. product was defective or incorrect), we may issue a refund without asking you to send anything back.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (like a damaged or incorrect item). We’ll provide instructions on how to return your item if needed.
Marketplace Orders
If you purchased through Amazon, Walmart, eBay, or another third-party platform, their return policy applies. Please initiate your return directly through their site or app.
